How do I join the server?
Sign in on this website with Steam, link your Discord, then join the queue from the website and connect when it is your turn.
Join queueDoes buying something give me an advantage in the city?
No. Every package is cosmetic or convenience. Priority queue packages only help you get in faster at busy times.

Players with a priority queue package are placed ahead of players without one, and higher tiers move further ahead. Everyone else moves in the order they arrived.
I can't connect or my game keeps crashing. What do I do?
Open a Technical Support ticket with any error message you see and when it happens. Staff will help you sort it out.

Open a ticket on the website. Choose Player Report for rule breaking or Ban Appeal for a ban, and add your in game name, the date and any clips or screenshots.
