Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Unleashed RP ("the community"), its game server, website and Discord, you agree to these terms and to the server rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must authenticate with Steam and link a Discord account. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. Ban evasion extends the original penalty.

You must be old enough to use Steam and Discord in your country and meet any minimum age stated in our rules.

3. Conduct

The server rules form part of these terms. Staff may remove access at any time for rule breaches, at their discretion. Access to the game server is a privilege, not a right.

4. Purchases

All payments are processed by Tebex Limited. Unleashed RP does not store or process card details. Packages grant cosmetic or convenience benefits only and can be changed, repriced or removed at any time.

Purchased benefits may be lost if your account is banned for a rules breach. See the Refund Policy.

The service is provided as is with no guarantee of uptime, data retention or continuation. Wipes, resets and closure may occur.

6. Intellectual property
