1. Statutory rights
Where the law gives you a right to a refund (for example a 14 day cooling off period for consumers in your jurisdiction), that right is honoured. Nothing here removes it.
2. Digital goods
Packages are digital and are usually delivered within minutes. Once a package has been delivered and used in game, it is generally not refundable except where required by law or where delivery failed.
3. How to request a refund
Open a ticket under “Purchases & refunds” with your Tebex transaction ID and the reason. Refunds are issued through Tebex to the original payment method.
4. Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback instead of a ticket will result in a permanent ban from the community and loss of all purchased benefits. Talk to us first we resolve almost everything.
5. Bans
Being banned for breaking the rules does not entitle you to a refund of past purchases.
